BOLD and its connection to dopamine release in human striatum: a cross-cohort comparison

Abstract

Our approach is to record in vitro the current output of numerous carbon-fibre training electrodes in known, controlled, DA concentrations, and then use cross-validated penalized linear regression to train a model for estimating the in vivo DA concentrations from the in vivo current recordings.
